For Entrepreneurs

Our ideal candidates for investment are early-stage Canadian companies seeking to raise between $250,000 and $2 million, at valuations between $1 million and $25 million.  These are often (but not always) asset-light technology companies.  The projected return on an investment should be at least 5x the original investment within 5 to 7 years.  If you believe that your business fits these criteria, please submit your information here: [Dealum link]

If you’ve already submitted your business to Dealum, please let us know through which angel group it was submitted or ask them to share it directly with us (or the general Ontario deal room).

We also sometimes accept one or two “lifestyle” businesses to pitch in front of the group each year.  These are typically local or regional “small businesses” with expected annual returns to investors in the 10% to 25% range.  These should be established, successful businesses needing capital for expansion or accelerated growth purposes.  You can email us a summary of your proposition at board@pkan.ca.  Due to the volume of requests, we respond to only a very small number of submissions.
